Photo ID, insurance card, a current medication/supplement list (with doses), vaccination record, recent labs/imaging, and your questions. Fast 8–10 hours only if we asked you to.

Do you do labs in‑office?

We place electronic lab orders (e.g., Quest/Labcorp). You’ll use a nearby draw site; results come back to us and we’ll message you with a plan

Which cancer screenings do I need and when?

Accepted Answer

It depends on age, sex, and risk. Common examples: mammogram from ~40, Pap/HPV 21–65, colon cancer 45–75. We’ll tailor timing to your history and current guidelines.

Can this be combined with chronic care follow‑up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If we manage additional problems at the same visit, insurance may bill a separate problem-focused service—copay/coinsurance/deductible may apply.

Question 5

What if I have an acute issue during my physical?

Accepted Answer

We’ll triage it. If quick, we can address it during the physical. If it needs significant time, testing, or procedures, we may convert the visit to an acute/problem-focused visit (which can change your copay/cost-share) and reschedule the preventive physical to another day.

Can you help me review recommended immunizations during my visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During your in person visit, we can review your immunization record and discuss recommended preventive care based on your age, health history, and routine wellness needs. When appropriate, we can guide you on where to obtain recommended vaccines through a local pharmacy or community vaccination site. Please bring your immunization record if available.
