Care Philosophy
Farhad Nassiri Afshar, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Afshar is a board-certified internist who blends rigorous clinical medicine with modern tools that make care clearer and safer. Trained at the University of British Columbia and licensed in California, he focuses on prevention, practical plans, and thoughtful follow-up. Care is available in person and, when appropriate, by telemedicine for adults across California.

- We accept most PPO plans—including Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna—as well as self-pay. We’ll verify your benefits before your visit.
